Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Kristen trained at The Royal Ballet School before touring the world with Birmingham Royal Ballet. She has over 20 years of professional experience working in theatre and film, and is an internationally renowned ballet coach, stager and rehearsal director.

I love facilitating an energising and empowering workspace. I place importance on the wellbeing of everyone in the studio, providing clear communication and lending an eye for detail. From classical and neo- classical works to pedestrian movement, I have experience staging and directing rehearsals for companies world wide, including The Royal Ballet, Bayerisches Staatsballett and The Joffrey Ballet, have worked with A list actors and world class dancers alongside Directors such as Richard Curtis and Joe Johnston, and have created movement for music artists & music videos.
